We offer our employees flexible working hours to enable a good work-life balance. More than half of our workforce works part-time, which makes it easier for parents to adapt their working hours to their family's needs. This flexibility is an essential part of our corporate culture and helps our employees to successfully reconcile both professional responsibilities and family duties. 25 years of commitment: support for refugee children in the Middle East

For 25 years, we have been providing financial support to refugee children in need in the Middle East through our partnership with the PalCH organisation. This long-standing collaboration enables us to provide targeted and sustainable help by providing funds for urgently needed educational programmes, medical care and psychosocial support. Our aim is to give the children a perspective and hope despite difficult circumstances and to improve their living conditions in the long term.

Environmental sustainability

Sustainable mobility: environmental protection through flexible and green transport solutions

Ecological sustainability is a central component of our corporate philosophy, particularly in the area of mobility. Every employee receives a half-fare travelcard from us, so that public transport is the preferred option for customer appointments. However, if a car is required, we make use of our Mobility membership. In addition, company bicycles are available to all employees so that they can be environmentally friendly and flexible when travelling. These measures help to minimise our ecological footprint and make a sustainable contribution to environmental protection.

Energy efficiency and renewable energies: our contribution to environmental protection

Energy efficiency is a central component of our environmental sustainability strategy. Unused rooms in our company are not heated in order to save energy. Our server is cooled by ventilation, using fresh air from outside to minimise energy consumption. In addition, we obtain 100% of our electricity from renewable sources, which further reduces our ecological footprint. We are currently investigating the construction of a solar roof to make our energy supply even more sustainable and make a further contribution to environmental protection.

Longevity and reuse: Sustainable use of IT devices

The longevity and reuse of devices are also key aspects of our energy and sustainability strategy. Our laptops are used for at least 5 years and are only replaced when necessary. Even after this period, they are refurbished where possible and reused on a private basis in order to extend their service life and reduce electronic waste. Mobile phones are used for at least 3 years and are also only replaced when necessary. These measures help us to minimise the consumption of resources and reduce our environmental impact.

Continuous CO2 reduction: our commitment to climate protection

We calculate our carbon footprint every year and our total emissions are always below average. We offset our emissions by consciously supporting projects in Switzerland. However, our aim is to continuously take measures and work to further reduce our consumption. Through these efforts, we want to maximise our contribution to climate protection and shape a more sustainable future.
